Step 1: confirm your date and slot with the troupe first, town councils process faster when the request has specifics. Step 2: write to your town council with date, time window, exact void deck location and expected crowd, we provide a template and our insurance letter. Step 3: approval usually arrives within a few working days during CNY season. Step 4: tell your immediate neighbours the day before, a two-line note in the lift lobby turns potential complaints into an audience. Step 5: on the day, we arrive 45 minutes early, set up away from bedroom-facing walls, and finish within the approved window.

Noise Etiquette That Keeps the Whole Block Smiling

The drum is the blessing, but nobody needs it for an hour. Our HDB format runs 20 to 30 minutes of actual percussion, with the loudest sequences front-loaded in the first ten.
